Qualifications

  • Previous property or paralegal experience in a commercial environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Drafting and preparing contracts and documents.
  • Managing datarooms and preparing sale packs.
  • Liaising with lender solicitors on refinance matters.
  • Arranging execution of security documents.
  • Reviewing title documents and planning permissions.
  • Ordering local authority and environmental searches.
  • Ensuring full AML compliance.
  • Preparing invoices and managing client accounts.
