Hybrid working | Full-time or part-time (4 days per week)

Salary: £180,000+

This market-leading international firm is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer or Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join its highly regarded Corporate M&A practice. The role offers the chance to combine technical excellence with strategic impact, supporting one of the world’s leading M&A teams on high-profile, cross-border transactions.

• Shape know-how and knowledge management resources for the Corporate M&A practice.
• Deliver training to fee-earners and other lawyers.
• Create client-facing resources that enhance the firm’s reputation and add real value.

• Knowledge Lawyer or Senior Knowledge Lawyer with experience in corporate M&A knowledge management.
• Flexibility for part-time or hybrid work; PSL candidates considered.
• Experience in training and developing practice resources is advantageous.
