Conveyancing Paralegal | Leicester | £24,500 – £26,000 | Excellent Career Progression
The Firm

This is a well-established, Legal 500–recognised Leicester law firm with a strong reputation for high-quality residential property work and excellent client service. The firm operates under an employee-owned model, creating a genuinely collaborative culture where people are invested in both the firm’s success and each other. The Role
  • Providing paralegal and administrative support to a Conveyancing Team Leader and Conveyancer
  • Assisting with file opening and client due diligence processes
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
  • Ordering property searches and issuing contract packs
  • Liaising with clients and third parties by telephone and email, handling routine enquiries
  • Supporting pre‑completion and completion processes including searches, redemption statements, SDLT forms, completion statements and bills
  • Assisting with post‑completion matters including Land Registry requisitions
  • Maintaining accurate electronic files, workflows and key date reminders
  • Attending and contributing to team meetings
  • Closing and archiving files
  • Supporting with general administrative duties such as scanning, copying, post handling, answering calls and greeting clients
