Job description

We're working with a leading investment firm to hire a paralegal who will provide essential support to a busy legal team handling a wide range of matters.

This role offers exposure to complex projects and day-to-day operations across multiple jurisdictions. You'll be based in the London office four days per week, working closely with lawyers and business teams.

What you'll do:
  • Provide practical support on legal tasks and longer-term projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain and update the team's templates, precedents, and internal guidance materials.
  • Prepare and proofread legal documents, including fund-related materials, client agreements, and governance papers.
  • Assist with reviewing and drafting commercial contracts such as NDAs, technology licences, and supplier agreements.
  • Support company secretarial work, including board packs and regulatory filings.
  • Coordinate immigration applications and renewals for employees, starting in the UK with potential global expansion.
What we're looking for:
  • Excellent research skills and ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • Law degree (or equivalent) essential; LPC or SQE preferred.
  • Previous paralegal experience in commercial contracts, financial services, or professional services is helpful but not essential.
