Private Client Solicitor - HYBRID - Associate/ Senior Associate – Leicester – £40,000 to £60,000

My client is a long-established Legal 200 firm, highly regarded across the East Midlands for the breadth and quality of its services. With an excellent reputation in Private Client law, the firm prides itself on being approachable, professional and people-focused. In the Leicester office, you will be joining a highly collaborative team environment, working closely with 2 Partners who are leaders in the Private Client field.

• Manage your own caseload of private client work, including wills, probate, LPAs and a variety of trust and tax matters.
• Work with clients ranging from high-net-worth individuals to local business owners and families.
• Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of documentation, always ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with 2 supportive Partners in Leicester, who will provide guidance and encourage your progression.
• Take an active role in mentoring junior lawyers and engaging in business development initiatives.

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
• Experienced in handling wills, probate, LPAs and ideally some tax and trust work.
• Commercially minded with excellent client-care skills.
• Ambitious, proactive and ready to step up into a senior position.
• Someone who thrives in a team-focused and collaborative environment.
