The Role
  • Acting on behalf of both claimants and respondents in a wide variety of employment matters
  • Drafting key documents including ET1/ET3 forms, witness statements, and schedules of loss
  • Providing clear, practical, and commercially minded advice to clients
  • Representing clients at Employment Tribunal hearings and preliminary hearings when required
  • Supporting colleagues with their caseloads and providing cover during holidays
  • Getting involved in marketing and business development initiatives, such as writing articles, delivering seminars, or networking events

  • A qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE in employment law
  • Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong drafting and advocacy skills, with a keen eye for detail
