Responsibilities

• Assist with casework related to Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Apply for and obtain grants of probate efficiently and accurately
• Set up trusts and settle tax liabilities in accordance with client instructions
• Maintain precise time costing procedures to ensure transparency
• Adhere to the firm's professional and procedural standards consistently

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or CILEx with a minimum of 2 years PQE
• Committed team player with excellent client care skills
• Ability to handle client matters with sensitivity and empathy
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, initiative, and sound judgment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and legal software
• STEP qualification is advantageous but not essential
