Employment Solicitor (1-4 PQE)

Chadwick Nott is excited to announce an opportunity with a prominent Top 100 law firm with an excellent reputation in the Bristol market. Their dynamic employment team is undergoing a period of substantial growth, creating an opening for an experienced Solicitor to join their thriving nationally recognised employment law team. The team advise high-profile clients from the NHS and independent healthcare providers to leading private and voluntary sector organisations. Youll work on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, often in complex, high-profile cases, and as part of a multi-disciplinary team on major transactions. With around 100 new litigation instructions each year, this is your chance to be involved in ground-breaking employment cases in the Tribunal, EAT, Court of Appeal and High Court.

The role
  • Manage your own caseload across a wide range of employment issues
  • Advise on employee relations, policy reviews, contracts, senior exits, restructures, redundancy, TUPE and equalities obligations
  • Support training delivery and client relationship management
  • Collaborate with partners and colleagues across multiple offices on complex litigation and advisory work
  • Contribute to business development activities
What were looking for
  • 1-4 PQE Solicitor with a broad range of employment law experience (health and care sector experience a plus)
  • Strong case management skills for complex ET claims
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Advocacy experience desirable but not essential
