Senior Associate – Non-Contentious Construction (5+ PQE)

With a team recognised in the Legal 500, the practice offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate (c.5 PQE) to join its expanding non-contentious construction group.

The Role

As a Senior Associate in the construction team, you will focus exclusively on non-contentious matters. The work is high-quality and diverse, covering all aspects of major development projects and infrastructure work. Clients include developers, contractors, banks, consultants, and end-users, and the team regularly advises on procurement strategies, development agreements and construction documentation from inception through to delivery.

You will work closely with respected partners and collaborate across departments, particularly with real estate development and finance. With the firm’s ongoing growth, this is a role that offers both autonomy and clear progression.
