A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a proactive Rota Co-ordinator to efficiently manage medical staffing within their Medicine Division. This part-time role requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include building medical rotas using various tools, ensuring compliance, and liaising with consultants to meet staffing needs. Are you highly organised, calm under pressure and brilliant at keeping complex systems running smoothly? We’re looking for a proactive Rota Co‑ordinator to take the lead in delivering efficient, reliable medical staffing support across our busy Medicine Division. The nature of this post is fast paced and therefore candidates need to demonstrate flexibility in their work, with an ability to adapt to situations as they arise. There is also a need to problem solve on a regular basis. This role is part time, 30 hours per week.
