Job description
Job Overview

We are looking to recruit a part time Catering Supervisor at Bennerley Fields Centre. The post holder will manage all aspects of work in our busy kitchen. Duties include general kitchen duties, food preparation, cooking and service, ordering and bookkeeping, and monitoring and recording.

Key Responsibilities

You will need to demonstrate all‑round catering experience and have good communication skills. Supporting specialist dietary requirements and menu planning is essential, as is an awareness of portion and cost control.

Qualifications

To apply you will be ideally qualified to City & Guilds 706/1 level/NVQ Level II or have relevant experience, with a sound knowledge of Health and Safety and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
