Job description

At Webflow, our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. As the pioneer of the Website Experience Platform (WXP), we’re redefining how teams Build, Manage, and Optimize for the web — combining visual development, powerful content management systems, AI-driven personalization, seamless hosting, and end-to-end analytics in a single, unified platform. With AI at the core, Webflow helps teams move faster, create more performant digital experiences, and scale without heavy engineering support. From independent designers and creative agencies to global enterprises, hundreds of thousands of organizations use Webflow to turn ideas into reality — and to power what’s possible on the web.

We’re looking for a top performing Account Executive, EMEA (Nordics) to be responsible for driving the full sales cycle in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As one of Webflow’s first Sales hires in the UK and an inaugural member of our London office, you will play a pivotal role in launching and scaling our presence in the UK and the Nordics as we expand throughout the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to shape our go-to-market strategy from the ground up.

You will develop a strong outbound sales pipeline, engage key stakeholders, and manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from prospect to close. Working cross-functionally with Solutions Engineers, Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams, you’ll ensure a seamless, consultative experience that addresses customer needs and drives long-term value. Your role will be integral in helping to scale Webflow's impact internationally with a focus on delivering creative solutions and accelerating business growth.

About the role:
  • Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
  • Full-time
  • Permanent
  • Our cash compensation amount for this role depends on the cost of labor of the geographic area and career levels at Webflow and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s market location, job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation for this role may include: equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses; pension scheme; health benefits; and wellness stipends.

Please visit our Careers page for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones. However, please confirm the zone for your specific location with your recruiter.

  • Reporting to the Director, EMEA Sales

As an Account Executive, EMEA (Nordics) you’ll …

  • Engage deeply with potential customers to uncover pain points, assess needs, and help to refine our ideal customer profile primarily in the Nordics
  • Create and drive outbound opportunities through strategic account planning, compelling points of view (POVs), and effective collaboration between Sales Development and Marketing teams
  • Clearly articulate and champion Webflow’s vision, value proposition, and product differentiation tailoring messaging to resonate with EMEA audiences and market dynamics
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to drive a value-driven sales process
  • Generate momentum in the partner ecosystem in EMEA which is crucial to successful pre-sales and post-sales experiences for our customers
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with multiple stakeholders to drive momentum and reduce friction during the sales cycle
  • Share feedback from the field, help define best practices, and contribute to the foundation and culture of Webflow’s EMEA team

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing and closing full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a high-growth or startup setting
  • Skilled in working lead queues, outbound prospecting, and pipeline generation
  • Strong ability to lead complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and technical understanding
  • Experience working with a robust partner ecosystem and navigating partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and reseller deals
  • Professional working proficiency in Swedish

You’ll thrive as an Account Executive, EMEA (Nordics) if you:

  • Confidently communicate and can tailor messaging to different audiences, from individual contributors to C-level executives
  • Have deep experience working cross-functionally with teams like Product, Engineering, Support and Marketing
  • Have a strong focus on understanding customer challenges through a consultative, solutions-oriented approach
  • Can comfortably navigate ambiguity, influence cross-functional teams, and contribute to the foundation of a new regional presence
  • Embrace continuous learning and growth by actively expanding knowledge in emerging technologies like AI to drive creativity, accelerate progress, and enhance impact
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
Our Core Behaviors:
  • Obsess over customer experience. We deeply understand what we’re building and who we’re building for and serving. We define the leading edge of what’s possible in our industry and deliver the future for our customers
  • Move with heartfelt urgency. We have a healthy relationship with impatience, channeling it thoughtfully to show up better and faster for our customers and for each other. Time is the most limited thing we have, and we make the most of every moment
  • Say the hard thing with care. Our best work often comes from intelligent debate, critique, and even difficult conversations. We speak our minds and don’t sugarcoat things — and we do so with respect, maturity, and care
  • Make your mark. We seek out new and unique ways to create meaningful impact, and we champion the same from our colleagues. We work as a team to get the job done, and we go out of our way to celebrate and reward those going above and beyond for our customers and our teammates
Benefits & wellness
  • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a growing, privately-owned company
  • Employer-paid healthcare, vision, and dental insurance coverage for employees and dependents (full-time employees working 30+ hours per week), accidental & income protection
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers, as well as an additional 6-8 weeks of pregnancy disability for birthing parents to be used before child bonding leave (where local requirements are more generous employees receive the greater benefit); Employees also have access to family planning care and reimbursement
  • All team members are encouraged to take a minimum of 15 flex vacation days off in a calendar year, or their country-specific statutory minimum if this is more favorable.
  • Access to mental wellness and professional coaching, & therapy
  • Monthly stipends to support health and wellness, smart work, and professional growth
  • Internal learning & development programs

Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp .
