Flagstone Group LTD seeks a CRM Executive to drive customer engagement through effective email marketing strategies. You will manage end-to-end email campaigns and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experiences, contributing to the evolution of consumer marketing strategies. We’re looking for a CRM Executive who has experience of email marketing, including best practice techniques of lead generation to drive acquisition, long-term engagement and retention. Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager , this role will sit in the Digital & CRM Marketing Team and see you be responsible for the management, set up, development and delivery of email campaigns across all stages of the funnel, both triggered based automations and broadcast campaigns which drive engagement, action and commercial outcomes
As a key member of the team, you’ll proactively collaborate closely with cross functional stakeholders to ensure all campaigns are planned, design and executed to a high stand in line with timings, compliance and GDPR. Your work will be instrumental in driving growth within the consumer audience, enhancing customer engagement and contributing to the ongoing evolution of our consumer marketing strategy.
