Align engineering strategy and roadmap with business objectives, influencing operations and team effectiveness.
Lead modernization and maintainability of technology, establishing Product ways of working.
Collaborate with stakeholders including Product Leads, Delivery Managers, Infrastructure Leads, and Architects.
Drive innovative solutions for business and customer problems, ensuring high-quality, performant software delivery.
Strong engineering background with experience in modern techniques like Continuous Delivery and Domain Driven Design.
Experience implementing solutions in complex environments.
Leadership experience, managing multiple teams and influencing significant investments.
Knowledge of architectural styles and integration patterns.
Techniques for increasing system resilience and scalability.
Familiarity with Lean and Systems Thinking.
Retail or Contact Centre experience.
Experience working with legacy systems.
Hands-on software engineering background.
Engineering management or architecture roles at large scale.
