We’re looking for a dynamic content creator who lives and breathes sneakers, streetwear, and pop culture. You’ll be at the forefront of our social first strategy developing original content for The Sole Supplier and The Sole Womens across our website, app, and social platforms. From ideating and filming reactive videos, to creating compelling photo and video assets for in-house product drops, this is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environmentand handles tight turnarounds effectively.

What you’ll do

·Ideate, shoot and edit short‑form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that stops the scroll.

·Produce basic product shoots; both stills and video for in‑house sneaker drops.

·Assist senior creatives on larger shoots: setting up lights, mics and camera gear.

·Repurpose long‑form footage into social‑first cuts, captions and thumbnails.

·Keep an eye on sneaker releases and pop‑culture trends so our content stays reactive.

·Track post performance in IG/TikTok analytics and suggest quick tweaks.

The skill set we’re looking for:

• Cameras & lighting

Comfortable handling mirrorless/DSLR or a high‑end smartphone rig. Know the basics of framing, focus and exposure.

• Editing

Solid post‑production skills on Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut/Final Cut; able to build a cohesive timeline of social‑first edits; trimming, adding music, applying basic colour tweaks, and export to spec (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).

• Motion & graphics

Familiar with the use of closed captions, drag‑and‑drop titles/lower‑thirds, and eager to learn After Effects templates over time.

• Audio

Basic knowledge of recording clean audio using lavaliers, wireless mics and shotgun mics, plus simple noise‑removal in editing software.

• File management

Organise footage logically (folders, file naming) and use shared drives without chaos.

• Platform savvy

Understand current IG/TikTok features, trending formats, hashtags and basic analytics.

• Soft skills

Self‑starter, good organisational & communication skills, keen to collaborate with a small team.

Requirements

• A minimum of a year’s experience content‑creation experience (uni projects, personal channel or freelance all count). Portfolio or social links needed.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Based in or able to travel to East London HQ at least 3 days a week.
• Passion for sneakers, streetwear and wider pop culture.
• Right to work in the UK.
