Job description

What you'll bring:

  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or an enthusiastic front-of-house team member ready to step into management, with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops.
  • Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks.
  • A natural talent and passion for hospitality.
  • Drive and resilience to overcome challenges.
  • Good literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting on KPIs.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust.
  • Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision, even under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of sales building, forecasting, paperwork, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices.
