Social media & PR Manager
Location: Swindon area with hybrid flexibility

The Role
This role is for someone who lives and breathes social media, has an art for storytelling, and understands how to build relationships with social audiences, media partners and press. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, and securing meaningful media coverage and partnerships that elevates our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Manage the content calendar and ensure it aligns with marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with our community in a personable and on-brand manner.
- Track analytics to measure performance and provide regular insights and recommendations.
Content Creation
- Produce social first visual content – including photography, video snippets, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and customer stories.
- Collaborate with designers, stylists, and photographers to bring brand campaigns to life.
- Source and coordinate user-generated content and customer testimonials.
PR
- Identify PR opportunities and craft press releases, pitches, and media kits.
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, stylists, and influencers.
- Secure brand coverage in interiors, lifestyle, and e-commerce media outlets.
- Manage PR events, showroom visits, or product launches (virtual or in-person).
Brand Partnerships
- Working alongside our Communication Manager, identify and approach aligned brands and creators for strategic collaborations.
- Develop partnership proposals and manage end-to-end execution of joint campaigns.
- Coordinate co-branded content and product placements that resonate with both audiences.
- Track performance and impact of each collaboration and report on results.
- Stay on top of trends and emerging creators/brands to keep our partnerships fresh and relevant.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years in a similar social media, PR, or content role – ideally within interiors, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- A strong portfolio of social content and/or PR coverage.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Confident using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing apps.
- Experience with social media and PR tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Press Loft,
- Onclusive).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
