As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining that excellence, delivering 14 great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You will assist with the daily operations of the Lounge, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your approach will be unique, but your standards will align with ours. • Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
• Experience working in a bar environment, including serving and food/drinks preparation
• A passion for hospitality and talent for managing and spotting talent in people
• Driven and persistent in overcoming challenges
• Strong literacy skills and attention to detail for reporting KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated, able to work at pace with minimal supervision under pressure
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, reporting, recruitment, HR, and NPS best practices
