About the role

As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you'll gain your first experience in leadership responsibilities, accountability, and autonomy. You will be involved in daily operations, stock management, health & safety, store marketing, and other engaging activities. Every day, you'll be dedicated to delivering uplifting experiences for our customers and inspiring your team to prioritize excellent customer service.
