IT Support Specialist
- Position: IT Support Specialist
- Salary: £25,000 to £30,000
- Location: Shoreham-by-Sea
- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
- 25 days annual leave + your birthday off, learning and development courses
We are recruiting for an IT Support Specialist to join a software company based in Shoreham. You will be supporting the CS Manager and dealing with the day-to-day management of infrastructure and providing service desk support. Ideally, you will have knowledge and a strong level of understanding of SQL, Unix, and AWS (Amazon Web Services).
As an IT Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving support cases
- Managing patching and endpoint security
- Supporting cybersecurity initiatives
- Assisting with the daily management of infrastructure operations
- Server migrations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience with AWS
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Unix

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:00pm. This role is office-based in Shoreham and pays a salary between £25,000 and £30,000, dependent on experience.
