A leading educational organization is seeking a compassionate Resource Base Manager for an interim role in Southwest England. The successful candidate will provide high-quality teaching and support for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs while working collaboratively with families and professionals. This position demands strong teaching skills within an EYFS-KS2 setting and a commitment to inclusive education. Qualifications
- Experience with EYFS-KS2 in a primary school setting.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed learning approaches.
- Willingness to engage in continuous professional development.
Responsabilités
- Teach and support pupils within a specialist SEMH Resource Base.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with EYFS and KS1-KS2 curricula.
- Implement trauma-informed approaches to support emotional regulation.
