A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for a 12-18 month interim role based in Coventry. The successful candidate will provide strategic HR support in a dynamic manufacturing environment, manage complex employee relations, and develop HR policies. Offering a competitive salary up to £40,000, a bonus of circa 10%, and hybrid working options. This position holds the potential for a permanent role.

• Confident at dealing with high volume, complex employee relations matters.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and proactive HR support to managers and employees across the organisation.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business goals.
• Advise on complex employee relations matters in a Unionised environment.
• Support with large change management projects including TUPE.
• Support recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Collaborate to identify and deliver training and development programmes.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies.
• Analyse HR metrics for decision-making.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives.
