Job summary

A growing fashion retailer in the UK is seeking a proactive Employee Relations & HR Advisor to support both warehouse and head office teams. This role blends hands-on HR administration with frontline employee support to ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will have proven HR experience, especially in employee relations. Qualifications

  • Proven HR experience, ideally in employee relations and administration.
  • Confident in coaching and advising managers on HR matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR administration, including new starters and leavers.
  • Support Employee Relations for warehouse and store staff.
  • Handle first-line conversations with employees.
  • Maintain and manage the HR inbox, responding to queries.
  • Support the management team in meetings and HR-related decisions.
  • Work closely with warehouse and store teams to resolve issues.
