The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving the recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job advertising, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends to provide strategic advice and insights to clients.
• Meeting and exceeding individual and team performance targets.
