Job summary

A leading HR services provider is seeking experienced HR Consultants at all levels to deliver outsourced HR support in Ipswich. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid work pattern. Successful candidates will hold a minimum CIPD Level 5 qualification and have relevant experience. The role involves advising on employee relations and implementing HR solutions while maintaining strong client relationships. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or equivalent.
  • Strong commercial mindset and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practices.
  • Experience in training delivery or HR systems/CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
  • Design and implement tailored People Plans and action plans.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D teams to meet client needs.
  • Build client relationships and represent the company at events.
