The Role

As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and expanding our construction desk. You'll work closely with the leadership team to establish the division and drive its growth. Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and growing a client base within construction
  • Leveraging existing engineering‑sector relationships to cross‑sell and expand into new markets
  • Proactively generating new business opportunities
  • Managing the 360 recruitment cycle across trades, labour, technical, and professional roles
  • Sourcing, screening, and placing high‑quality candidates
  • Ensuring compliance and onboarding processes are completed to the highest standard
  • Helping shape the new division with your ideas, sector knowledge, and ambition
