Human Resources Advisor jobs in United Kingdom

We're looking for an HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering excellent HR service under the guidance of the HR Business Partner. We can offer a flexible working system with some hybrid working.

• Administering HR and payroll documentation.
• Maintaining accurate employee records.
• Supporting recruitment, including adverts, interviews, and psychometric testing.
• Advising managers on HR policies and employment law.
• Assisting with investigations, disciplinary and grievance meetings.
• Managing onboarding for new starters.
• Maintaining HR systems and data.

• CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent (if not, working towards qualification).
• Knowledge of HR processes and UK employment law.
• Strong interpersonal and administration skills.
• Proactive organisation and problem‑solving ability.
• Customer service focus with a passion for working with people.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint beneficial).
• Ability to analyse information and present data effectively.
• Strong systems experience and willingness to learn new platforms (e.g. Eletive, TM portal, PAM portal).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both internal and external).
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work confidentially and professionally.

Occasional travel within the UK to Trelleborg Manufacturing sites.
