Job description

Our client is a multi‑site logistics / company and have an need for an ER / HR Advisor.

The job is a varied and busy role supporting a business going through change. This is site‑based customer facing HR generalist role. Based in their Slough office, the role involves providing expert end‑to‑end ER support to site managers as well as assisting with various HR initiatives and projects. NB : This is a site based role.

• Managing / advisor ER cases (day today and complex)
• Relationship building with key stakeholders
• Guiding and empowering managers through change
• Assisting in compiling key reports
• Supporting various HR projects
• TUPE support
• Relationship building

• Visits to other sites

Previous experience

• ER, ideally gained in a fast‑paced unionised environment - desirable
• Someone with a strong and organised personality coupled with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a very busy / ever‑changing environment
• Proven relationship building experience
• Able to travel
