A leading engineering solutions provider in the UK is seeking an HR Project Manager to drive strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a Level 7 CIPD qualification and experience in managing complex HR projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support senior leadership while ensuring compliance and facilitating workshops. The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills, IT literacy, and stakeholder management experience.
Responsible for planning, executing and delivering varied strategic HR initiatives and projects. Driving continuous improvement in HR processes and tools across the HR function and the group. A key support role to the HR Director, this role ensures that HR projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, working with cross-functional teams across all levels in the organisation.
