• Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle (training provided).
• Source, qualify, and shortlist candidates.
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
• Advertise vacancies, screen CVs, and match candidates effectively.
• Use Job Bank tools, CRM, and AI features to speed up your workflow.
• Represent Job Bank as we grow our recruitment team.

• Confidence on calls and video meetings.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• A target driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and stay organised.
• Fast learner with ambition to progress.
• Positive energy and a “let's get it done” attitude.

Recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential.

• £23k-£30k basic salary
• Uncapped commission (your earnings reflect your effort)
