Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities for Recruitment Consultant (not limited to):

  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.
  • Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence.
  • Manage the full recruitment life-cyclefrom sourcing candidates to client management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.
Skills

What We’re Looking For in our Recruitment Consultants:

  • Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in the driving recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into driving recruitment.
  • Ambition: You will be seeking a role where you can make your own future, coupled with class leading Learning & Development Programme, and regular support and progression opportunities.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience: You will be someone who understands the need to remain in an environment where a resilient attitude, and the ability to remain focused on the bigger picture will be the key to unlocking future success.
  • Attitude: We are looking for someone who is motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of our Leeds branch.
  • Full UK drivers licence and access to vehicle for client visits.
