Job summary

A reputable recruitment agency is seeking a proactive HR Advisor in Ainsworth. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, leading onboarding processes, and ensuring positive employee experiences. Ideal candidates have HR experience and CIPD Level 3 qualification. The position offers up to £35,000 annually along with benefits such as flexible working options, annual leave, training, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Advisor, HR Assistant, or HR Administrator roles required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interest in HR and People & Culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including drafting job posts and coordinating interviews.
  • Lead onboarding process for new starters ensuring a welcoming introduction.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Coordinate and support training and development activities.
  • Assist with HR policies and procedures implementation.
  • Support and monitor Apprentices and their Managers throughout apprenticeship programmes.

Confident user of Microsoft Office
Proactive and self-motivated

Education

CIPD Level 3 qualified or currently studying
