The Role
  • Manage the full 360° recruitment cycle (training provided).
  • Source, qualify, and shortlist candidates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
  • Advertise vacancies, screen CVs, and match candidates effectively.
  • Use Job Bank tools, CRM, and AI features to speed up your workflow.
  • Represent Job Bank as we grow our recruitment team.
