Job summary
A national employer in Bedford is seeking a passionate HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. This role involves providing strategic HR support, driving employee engagement, and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS systems, strong communication skills, and a relevant HR qualification. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £48,000 per annum.
Qualifications
- Experience working with an HRIS system.
- HR degree or equivalent CIPD qualification.
- Previous HRBP/Generalist or Advisor role.
- Passionate about engagement.
Responsibilities
