Join CFA Institute as a Senior Global HR Business Partner, where you’ll serve as a trusted strategic advisor partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver enterprise-wide People & Culture (P&C) strategies that drive organisational effectiveness, growth, and sustainability. Operating as an executive coach and change leader, you’ll translate vision into action, foster leadership capability, and enable a high-performing, inclusive culture across all regions.
Expected annual salary range: £90,000‑£100,000 (based on experience, education, location and other factors relevant to the position). Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
