A global video game company is seeking a Manager, HRBP to support employees in their London and Dublin offices. This hybrid role involves developing partnerships, managing talent programs, and advising on HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of HRBP experience, preferably in technology, and possess exceptional communication skills. The Manager, HRBP role is a strategic and hands‑on position that will support employees in our London and Dublin offices and European territories.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, HRBP (based in Dublin) this role will develop deep partnerships with all levels of leadership in the London and Dublin offices as well as be a trusted resource to all employees. The position will implement talent management, coaching, compensation, retention, and team member engagement programs, and much more.
This is a hybrid role, with a primary location in the London office and requires one week per month travel to our Dublin office.
