Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner based in London. This role requires advising on complex HR issues, supporting managers, and leading HR initiatives. Candidates should be CIPD qualified with experience in employee relations within a complex environment, ideally from the retail or hospitality sectors. The position is full-time and based in the office five days a week, with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum.

Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge and experience in HR and employee relations within a complex organisation.
  • Significant experience in investigations and supporting managers during formal procedures.
  • Ability to manage and mitigate risk based on an understanding of employment legislation.
