A leading HR consultancy is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a 4-6 months fixed term contract in Cambridge. This role involves delivering generalist HR support, managing complex employee relations, and partnering with senior leaders on key HR initiatives. Candidates should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent, alongside strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently. The position offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days onsite and 3 days working from home.

My client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner on a 4-6 months Fixed Term Contractto provide interim support. You'll work across a diverse academic and operational workforce, managing complex ER cases and supporting key HR projects.

Hybrid - Cambridge (2 days on site, 3 days Working From Home)
