Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in the United Kingdom is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their collaborative team. This role offers a hybrid work model, ideally requiring 3 days per week in the Surrey head office. The HR Advisor will provide expert advice on employee relations and performance management, manage HR documentation, and support exciting HR projects. - Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing expert advice on employee relations, performance management and absence.
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts, policies, handbooks and letters.
- Support the HR Director on exciting HR projects.
- Manage and maintain HR systems and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
The ideal candidate will have :
- Solid experience as an HR Generalist or HR Advisor.
- CIPD Level 3 (ideally or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
