Your new role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will join the Regional HR team as one of 4 HR Managers allocated to a region.
Your role will be to create strong business partnering relationships with Internal Stakeholders, fully partnering with a geographical area and leading on the delivery of the People Plan through project management, change management and people development activities; in addition to taking responsibility for the line management of one or more direct reports.

This role is based at head office - you will do regional site visits - 2 a month to Wales (overnight stay) and periodic other location visits - so will suit someone who likes the variety of multisite work.
This is a busy role so will suit someone who likes to work at pace to provide a comprehensive HR service.
