- Conduct full cycle of talent recruitment process.
- Administer employee information from start of employment to termination.

- Coordinate employee health and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR statistics and conduct analysis.

- Handle the effective daily operation and the full spectrum of the Human Resource functions.
- Responsible for full cycle of talent recruitment process from advertising vacancies, sourcing candidates, shortlisting, conducting interviews, offering, to on-boarding.
- Administer employee information and data from start of employment through changes due to transfers, promotions, salary changes, until termination of service with the hotel.
- Promote employer branding through social media promotion and multimedia contents.
- Promote and coordinate employee health and engagement activities through events like workshops, sports and other staff gatherings.
- Prepare regular HR statistics and reports, conduct ad-hoc analysis and other management information.
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Hotel Management or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources in the hotel industry.
- Well-versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations.
- Self-motivated, detail-minded and with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Excellent computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
- Proficiency in HRIS.
