Job summary
A leading supply chain organization in Skelmersdale is seeking an HR Advisor to support strategic HR plans and enhance employee relations. Responsibilities include advising management on policies, handling employee cases, and contributing to HR initiatives. Ideal candidates will have extensive HR experience, case management skills, and organizational aptitude, preferably within a logistics environment. - Essential: Previous HR experience, case management experience, strong organisational skills, and logistics experience.
- Desirable: CIPD level 3 qualification or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Support HRBP/site leaders in delivering the strategic business and HR plan.
- Advise and coach on HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee cases relating to disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence.
