A further education institution is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to provide credible HR advisory services. This role includes managing employee relations cases, developing HR policies, and collaborating with staff and managers. Candidates should be CIPD level 5 qualified or willing to work towards it, with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
