Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume employee relations caseload within an HR shared service model.
• Good knowledge of UK employment law and legislation.
• Desirable experience in a contact centre or bodyshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases including absence management and grievances.
• Upskill People Managers on managing employee relations cases.
• Develop and deliver training to support People Managers.
