Job summary

A leading healthcare organization in South London is seeking an interim HR professional with a strong focus on Employee Relations. The role involves managing complex HR cases including absence, disciplinary, and grievances, while ensuring robust support is provided to managers. The ideal candidate is CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum) and has extensive experience in HR advisory services. This position requires onsite presence for at least 3 days per week, and it initially spans 3 months with potential extensions depending on organizational needs.

Qualifications

  • CIPD qualified to Level 5 minimum / or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Extensive experience in managing complex ER cases and providing excellent HR advisory services.
  • Demonstrated understanding of healthcare/public sector challenges and HR trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on and manage the full cycle of employment relations cases.
  • Be a trusted contact for stakeholders to implement effective HR strategies.
  • Support managers with end-to-end formal case management.
