Job summary
A healthcare facility in Greater London is seeking an HR Consultant for a fixed-term role in their Employee Relations Team. The ideal candidate will manage a large caseload and provide consultancy on HR matters across two divisions. Responsibilities include advising on complex HR issues, supporting HR business strategies, and building effective relationships with managers. A CIPD qualification or progression is essential for applicants. This is a full-time position with a salary between £44,485 and £52,521 per annum.
Qualifications
- CIPD qualification or working towards it.
- Experience in managing employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational HR consultancy services.
- Advise and guide on complex HR matters.
- Support HR Business Partner in strategy implementation.
