Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Hotel Reception.
  • Ideally experience with the Opera reservations system.
  • Ability to manage a small team and perform Duty Manager responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Be the face of the hotel for guests and ensure high standards of service.
  • Lead and manage a small Reception team and take on some Duty Manager responsibilities.
  • Deliver guest experiences that go above and beyond and set the tone for each visit.
  • Collaborate with hotel departments to maintain seamless guest service from check-in to check-out.
