Overview

We are now ready to enlarge our family, and we are looking for an experienced Night Manager who is a super user of Guestline PMS (Rezlynx). The Night Manager will work on‑site four days a week, with four days off, managing the guest experience from check‑in to check‑out, and responsible for all health and safety, fire safety, and food safety compliance for all three properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure night audits, closing end of day, and reconciliation are completed correctly and according to company standards and procedures.
• Fully responsible for the night receptionist team members, ensuring the property is running smoothly and the highest of customer service is delivered.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the company PMS system, Guestline (Rezlynx).
• Check arrivals lists, credit limit reporting and cash handling.
• Proficient in handling general clerical and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with fellow Night Manager to ensure seamless operations and effective handover of tasks and information.
• Be flexible with great attention to detail.
• Work independently while maintaining exceptional customer service and unforgettable experience.
• Be commercially and financially astute.
• Possess strong knowledge of health and safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command in English, both oral and written.
• Experience with night audit duties, including running reports, closing the end of day, and ensuring reconciliation is completed to company standards and regulations.
• Expertise in health & safety and security; SIA qualification would be ideal but not mandatory.
• Proficient in standard PC packages and computerized reservation systems.
