Pay Scale : L7-L11
Start Date : 1st June 2026 (subject to employer approval)
Lyde Green Community School is opening in September 2026, and we’re looking for a talented and ambitious leader to join our founding Senior Leadership Team. In the first year, you’ll lead Year 7 and a subject area, helping to shape the experience of our first cohort and establish the systems and culture that will define our school.
This is a rare opportunity to help launch a new school, with the chance to design systems, build culture, and influence practice from day one. As the school grows, your leadership responsibilities will evolve based on your strengths and interests, offering a clear pathway to Assistant Headship.
