About the Role

We’re looking for a Healthcare Assistant to join our ENT service across Manchester, delivering high‑quality patient‑focused care at multiple sites.

Salary: 23,809.50 – 24,800 per month

Hours: 37.5 per week

Location: Multiple sites across Manchester

Role: Permanent full‑time

What you’ll be doing
  • Welcoming patients warmly and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for
  • Preparing patients for procedures and chaperoning them as needed
  • Completing forms, updating records and keeping our systems accurate
  • Supporting clinicians to make sure every appointment runs like clockwork
  • Keeping clinical areas clean, safe and ready for use
  • Helping with calls, supplies and anything else that helps the team thrive
What we’re looking for
  • Someone who enjoys working in different settings and can travel between sites
  • A calm, empathetic communicator with great attention to detail
  • A team player happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and patient systems
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer‑facing role
